Intimate indoor functions for 6 to 40 guests.
There is no dancing facility within the house unless our own 6m x 9m marquee has been hired.

 

Hire can be from 10am on the day until 23:30

Dining can be in either the main dining room for up to 16 guests or in the Garden room for up to 40 guests. Your ceremony can take place in the music room or Garden room.

 

Included is the bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready with attending hair, makeup and photographer. The cost is between £2500 and £5000 depending on the time of year, which day of the week and facilities required.

 

Prices will by guided your preferences, for example, something small and intimate indoors will cost less than something requiring a marquee, the time of year will be influenced by demand whilst a Midweek celebration from Tuesday to Thursday will always cost less. We are not trying to compete with a high street wedding factory offering back to back weddings who will always be available at a lower cost with commensurate levels of service and reputation.

 

Catering – You choose the menu you want, your selection of food will make a difference to the catering costs, whilst our catering team will prepare your preferred catering options  a three course silver service meal will always cost more than a simple menu. The number of Guests will be your cost multiplier as will evening guests who need to be fed, the more guests you invite the more staff costs you incur.

 

Drinks – We always have a managed bar where drinks are professionally served in measures. You can choose the drinks that are being served. Corkage is an option.

The number of Guests influence the facilities required, our smallest Celebration was for 4 people, we can also host up to 250 Guests which requires a lot more waiting staff and Chef’s working in the kitchens.

 

Accommodation – We have included within the costs shown one suite ideal for the intimate Celebration. The balance of accommodation for up to another 5 couples comes in at £4,400 and includes the breakfasts with bubbles and the hire of the house facilities to give you exclusive use.

The size and views from our Bridal suite are unrivalled, there is nothing to compare it with outside of London.

 

Our Marquee – is a low cost optional extra, For intimate functions we have our own marquee connected to the house, it’s ideal for up to 60 guests standing or 40 seated or a dance floor for 20 with 20 seated. Hire cost is only £1,800. Larger Marquees are available on request from our preferred marquee providers at an additional cost.

 

Your Marquee – More than 40 guests and an evening function will require a marquee from one of our suppliers.

 

Appropriate space – Nobody wants to rattle, with a selection of rooms and facilities available, your celebration can have the space required to maintain the feeling of intimacy.
